Qualifications
• A registered nurse with at least 2 years of professional experience.
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Experience working in elderly care.
Personal Attributes
Strong collaborative skills with colleagues and other professional categories. Personal maturity with the interest and ability to engage with patients and relatives in difficult situations. Ability to prioritize, delegate, and lead colleagues within the team. Flexible and willing to contribute to the needs of the organization. Comfortable working with varying tasks at different paces.
