About Us We are an outpatient clinic located at Queen Silvia's Children's Hospital, in close proximity to surgical and medical outpatient services. Our mission is to assess, treat, and monitor children with orthopedic conditions. Our team consists of nursing assistants, nurses, physicians, and medical secretaries. In close collaboration with our clinic, physiotherapists, orthopedic engineers, and occupational therapists are available. We offer a varied work environment, interacting with patients and their parents. We conduct regular in-service training through lectures at the clinic. We provide you with a highly diverse role where you will take on significant responsibilities. About the Role As a nurse with us, your responsibilities will include outpatient work, assisting physicians during consultations, scheduling appointments, and providing telephone advice. You will plan and prepare for visits, including gathering information and providing guidance. Since we are a small team, each member has multiple specific areas of responsibility, such as specialty clinics, surgical coordination, 1177 (a healthcare advice line), quality registers, and more. Part of the team is responsible for plastering, as this is a major component of our treatments. About You We are looking for a qualified nurse; experience in orthopedics is an advantage. The position requires high flexibility and the ability to work independently. However, the ability to collaborate with various professional categories is equally important since we are a small team. We seek individuals with a strong interest in orthopedics, a desire to learn new things, and a commitment to the development of pediatric orthopedics!
