Your Work Tasks
In your role as a nurse, you will meet patients both in their homes and in special housing. You will make medical assessments, plan and follow up on interventions, and be available when care needs change. An important part of the work is planning and coordinating care for patients returning from the hospital, ensuring a safe and well-prepared transition. At the same time, you will receive acute care needs in daily life and make wise prioritizations based on the patient's situation.
You will work closely with care personnel, rehabilitation staff, and unit managers, providing guidance, support, and knowledge exchange. Collaboration with physicians, healthcare centers, and specialized healthcare is a natural part of the work, where the goal is always comprehensive and patient-centered care of high quality. The patient's participation and safety are always the starting point.

We Are Seeking
A nursing license is required, but we welcome both new and more experienced colleagues. Specialist training in elderly care or psychiatry, or specialist training as a district nurse is meritorious.
We place great importance on personal qualities that contribute to good communication and collaboration skills.
