At Vårdcentrum Finspång, we have gathered resources for safe, close, and quality healthcare in collaboration with Finspång Municipality. Vårdcentrum Finspång belongs to Primary Care Center (PVC) and includes a healthcare center with child healthcare, district nurse clinic, laboratory, own on-call reception, and a rehabilitation organization. The Care Clinic operating 24/7 includes a care ward and Local Advanced Healthcare (LAH). Our goal is to be an attractive workplace by promoting a work environment that provides balance between work and leisure. The entire operation consists of approximately 230 employees in various positions. Characteristic of Vårdcentrum Finspång's operations is good collaboration between units and different professional groups. The close cooperation with Finspång Municipality primarily concerns home healthcare for our shared residents.
Job Description
Working in the night organization at the Care Clinic means taking responsibility in a team with nurses and nursing assistants for inpatients at the Care Ward, patients in hospital-affiliated home healthcare, and municipal home healthcare. The Care Ward consists of 14 care beds where investigation, aftercare, and rehabilitation are conducted for medical, surgical, and orthopedic patients.
Within LAH and municipal home healthcare, planned and unplanned visits are conducted to make assessments and provide basic and specific palliative care. Telephone consultations with home care staff are also part of our tasks. We also respond to assignments from 1177. We have close collaboration with nurses in special housing facilities. We work from a patient-centered approach and place great importance on teamwork where the competence of all professions is utilized and where our collective competence and experience form the core of healthcare design.
About You
You are a licensed nurse, preferably with a few years of experience. The position requires a driver's license. We are keen to ensure that employees feel secure, so we offer an individual introduction. You will have continuous follow-up meetings with your manager and an individual development plan. Since you will communicate with patients, relatives, and colleagues, good Swedish language skills, both verbal and written, are important.

As a person, you are flexible, structured, have good collaboration skills and social abilities. You are curious, have personal maturity, and empathetic capabilities.
