Our Organization
The Healthcare Services are part of the Welfare Sector in Ljusdal Municipality and consist of approximately 60 employees.
We are a multi-professional team of nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation assistants, coordinators, and unit managers who together develop healthcare in close collaboration with external professionals, with citizens at the center.
We are responsible for municipal healthcare within:
- Nursing Homes (SÄBO)
- Disability Support Housing (LSS)
- Psychiatric Social Services
- Short-term Care Facilities
- Home Healthcare in Regular Housing
Our services are located in Ljusdal, Järvsö, Färila, Los, and Ramsjö. We also staff the Regional Health Centers in Los and Ramsjö.

As a nurse/district nurse with us, you'll have an independent and diverse job where you:
- Assess, plan, and perform medical interventions
- Collaborate in teams both internally and externally
- Guide and delegate nursing staff
- Have a coordinating function for patients' healthcare interventions

Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who:
- Are licensed nurses/district nurses (relevant specialist education is meritorious)
- Have experience in municipal healthcare (meritorious)
- Have a valid driver's license (B-license)
- Have excellent Swedish language skills, both verbal and written
- Are confident, flexible, structured, and have good collaboration skills
- We place great emphasis on personal suitability
