You will work with assessments, planning, and the implementation of healthcare interventions within municipal primary care. You will also delegate, guide, and train staff, and work closely with unit managers, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nursing colleagues. Working hours will include days, evenings, and weekends. We have a close collaboration with cooperating healthcare in the Västra Götaland region, which may involve assignments from 1177 as well as interventions while waiting for an ambulance. This offers you a unique opportunity to develop and broaden your skills. Qualifications: Requirements: You are a licensed nurse and have a valid B driver's license. You speak and write Swedish proficiently, which is crucial for effective communication with patients and colleagues. Merits: Specialist training: We would prefer that you have further education in dementia, district nursing, elderly care, or psychiatry. Your expertise is valuable to us! Experience: Have you previously worked in municipal primary care? Fantastic! It is a significant advantage if you also have training in supervision.
