About Salstad GuestHome Salstad GuestHome AB is located outside Grästorp near Vänersborg. The guesthouse has been established in psychiatry since 1968. Salstad GuestHome has been active in psychosis rehabilitation since 1979. The guesthouse's holistic approach creates continuity and security for our guests and their relatives in integrated treatment as well as asset management of individual guests' finances and assets in collaboration with a legal guardian and under the supervision of a guardian authority. About the Operations We offer short-term placements, respite care, and housing with special services and conduct integrated psychiatry. Salstad GuestHome collaborates with other care units throughout the region, such as healthcare centers, nearby hospitals, municipal social services, and guardian authorities. To ensure the quality of our operations, we work within a quality management system with documented routines/systems, which requires thorough documentation. We engage consultant physicians in research/development who provide the guesthouse with important synergy effects in treatment work. The consultant physician performs ward rounds and provides training to all staff at the guesthouse. The company promotes a smoke-free and drug-free environment and works in treatment and motivation toward self-reliance and resource-preserving lifestyle. About the Position We are currently seeking a nurse for a 50% position in our care team at Salstad GuestHome AB. Extensive experience is not required, but we seek someone with a strong will to work long-term with our guests and hold a relevant nursing education.
