Your Assignment The Forensic Psychiatry Department investigates, on behalf of the court, whether a person suspected of a crime committed it under the influence of a serious mental disorder. We also conduct risk assessments when life-sentenced individuals apply for time-limited sentences. The Forensic Psychiatry Department consists of two forensic psychiatric investigation units located in Stockholm and Gothenburg, and a coordination unit located at the headquarters in Stockholm. The suspected offenders stay at the unit during the investigation period. As a nurse, you are responsible, under the group manager, for work in the residential unit and provide leadership to care personnel. You work to ensure care, safety, and logistics. Qualifications For this position, you must: - Be a licensed nurse - Have experience in psychiatric acute or full-time care Meritorious - Experience working in forensic psychiatry, psychiatric care, correctional services, or similar areas - Experience in leadership within a closed care environment Personal Qualities and Abilities You have an interest in leadership and are professional in stressful situations, with the ability to create cooperation, dialogue, and trust among staff and patients.
