As the medical clinic gains access to a newly renovated care department this fall, you will have the chance to help establish a service from the ground up!
We are looking for 7 nurses with an interest in pulmonary care who want to help shape the future of our care department.
Your workplace
As a nurse, you will be involved in starting up a completely new pulmonary medicine care department and have the opportunity to collaborate with your colleagues to create something that does not currently exist. You will work closely with the lung clinic that is currently located at the hospital and together with them develop seamless care for patients.
As we face a significant transition towards good and close care and a more person-centered approach, collaboration with both primary care and municipalities is of utmost importance, and you will have a great opportunity to help shape a care model that does not exist today, where we can meet patients both in the hospital and at home.
Your responsibilities
As a nurse in our new care department, you will play a central role within the organization. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and monitoring care for our patients and collaborating closely with other colleagues.
Tasks included in the position are, among others:
- Providing care to patients with lung diseases and internal medicine conditions
- Administering medications and other treatments
- Handling medical equipment - pulmonary care is a technically advanced specialty
- Opportunity to help design new working methods
- Opportunity for professional and personal growth through experience and new challenges
Your qualifications and skills
We are looking for a licensed nurse who wants to join our positive environment within internal medicine. Previous experience in pulmonary care is an advantage.
You are a responsible person with good collaboration skills, a flexible working style, and clear communication. You have an interest in medical technology, and we would like you to be someone who takes initiative and works to develop the service for our patients together with other colleagues.
