WORK TASKS A varied work with freedom under responsibility Valuable relationships with patients, relatives, and staff As a nurse in the Healthcare Department, placed in the Special Accommodations unit, you will lead and plan nursing work and guide care and healthcare personnel in patient care. Together with care personnel, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and unit managers, we strive to promote well-being and prevent illness among our patients. Through ongoing follow-ups and continuous medical consultations, the nurse is responsible for patients' well-being. We have two different work time proposals to offer. Daytime with a 40-hour work week or a shift work where working hours are primarily daytime, with only two evenings and one weekend per eight-week schedule, averaging 38.25 hours per week. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking someone who wants to make days better for our elderly, interested in teamwork and developing together. At the same time, you are a person who can take a leadership role and maintain calm under unexpected circumstances. Structure and planning ability, combined with good interpersonal skills, are qualifications you possess. B driver's license is required.
