The Staffing Unit at Helsingborg Hospital staffs various hospital departments during vacancies or when extra support is needed. Always with high competence, joy, and excellent treatment of both patients and colleagues. Our mission is to coordinate expertise, primarily in inpatient care, with various specialties.
The Staffing Unit consists of the Resource Team and hourly employees. The Resource Team is our permanent staff who serve as the hospital's own staffing pool, comprising approximately 30 employees, mainly nurses and nursing assistants, along with an administrator with management support. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now seeking two new nurses for our fantastic team!
In your role as a nurse, you'll have varied work across the hospital's many different departments and specialties. The Resource Team staffs departments with competent personnel, functioning as an internal staffing pool. Here, you'll have excellent opportunities to develop your expertise by working broadly across different areas. Working in the resource team requires both experience and flexibility, which is why we offer salary supplements to our permanent employees.
We want you to continue developing in your nursing role, so we provide a work environment that is instructive with excellent development opportunities and regular internal training. QUALIFICATIONS
We welcome those who are licensed nurses authorized to practice in Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills at least at C1 level according to the Council of Europe's scale are required. Several years of experience as a nurse in somatic care is considered meritorious.
This position is for someone who is confident in their professional role and demonstrates significant commitment, excellent service orientation, and ability to take responsibility. You should be comfortable working independently while being part of a team. We seek candidates driven by new challenges and who want to contribute to better patient care.
