We are now looking for Nurses for our modern and newly renovated Ward 1 at Fagersta Hospital. Do you want to be part of developing the future of Close Care? We warmly welcome your application! Job Responsibilities As a nurse with us, you will work from a holistic perspective with the patient at the center, and you will have a leadership responsibility regarding the care, treatment, and nursing of patients. As a nurse, you will also have contact with relatives, doctors, and other healthcare providers. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of nursing assistants, nurses, rehabilitation teams, senior physicians, and junior physicians. We work and round in teams. About the Workplace Ward 1 at Fagersta Hospital has recently undergone a complete renovation and now offers a modern, bright, and pleasant working environment with the familiar feel of a small hospital. Nurses working in Ward 1 receive a salary supplement of 3000 SEK/month. In Ward 1, we care for patients from the entire northern part of the county and work with medically stable patients who come for aftercare or rehabilitation, as well as palliative care. You will be part of an engaged team that values collaboration, safety, and development – both for the patients and for you as an employee. If you also have experience in elderly care or rehabilitation and thrive in a family-like work environment, that is an additional plus. Our work is guided by documents that are often in Swedish, so you need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. We work in the Cosmic journal system, and we consider it an advantage if you have knowledge and experience with the system. We see that you are a confident, stable person with good self-awareness. You collaborate and communicate well with others and have a good ability to understand other people's perspectives. As a nurse, you are responsible for leading and distributing work, which is why we see that good leadership qualities and the ability to make correct assessments and priorities are necessary.
