Number of Employees: Care and Nursing Home Grue is organized under the strategic area of health and welfare and consists of approximately 65 full-time positions distributed among 93 employees. The elderly care facility has a total of 51 places across two departments. On floor 1, there are 27 long-term places for individuals with cognitive decline, and on floor 2, there are 15 long-term places, 8 short-term places, and 1 KAD place. Job Responsibilities: - Perform services in accordance with current legislation and municipal regulations - Ensure sound operation with good quality - Observe and evaluate, take action, provide treatment and care to patients - Perform nursing tasks according to applicable routines, ensure good documentation, and safeguard guidelines and requirements for holistic care - Responsible for medication management in accordance with current routines - Map, implement, and evaluate measures in cooperation with users and interdisciplinary teams - Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, specialized care, professionals, assistants, etc. - Be a driving force for skills development - Actively contribute to a responsible, health-promoting, and inclusive work environment - Supervision responsibilities towards colleagues, students, users, and relatives - Provide practical care with respect for individual integrity, self-determination, and cultural background Qualifications: - Norwegian authorization as a nurse.
