About the positions
We are seeking several nurses for our staffing unit for temporary positions who are licensed district nurses/nurses and wish to work within the nursing unit in Arvika municipality.
We believe in a balance between work and leisure, which is why you, as a temporary nurse, have the opportunity to choose when you want to work.
We work with mentorship, meaning that as a new employee, you will have an experienced nurse as a mentor to help you feel secure in your role at the workplace. We also believe that a good introduction is important regardless of the type of employment. Qualifications
To succeed in the role of a nurse, we expect you to have:
- Education and a valid nursing license.
- Previous work experience in healthcare that we deem relevant.
- A valid driver's license (B).
- Excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
It is highly advantageous if you have:
- Previous experience in municipal operations.
Responsibilities
As a nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Independently assessing and performing medical treatments and nursing interventions.
- Managing medications and medical treatments.
- Documenting in the journal systems Combine and Cosmic Link, utilizing classification systems KVÅ and ICF.
- A significant part of the work involves collaboration with both relatives and other healthcare providers to ensure safe and cohesive care.
- You will be responsible for planning your day together with your colleagues.
