As an employee with us, you will be offered a variety of benefits, which you can read more about here: Benefits and Perks - Närhälsan (narhalsan.se)
About the Job
Your tasks at the healthcare center cover a broad field of work and include the general medical area where you will meet patients of all ages and situations. You will work in a health-promoting, advisory, and treatment capacity in primary care, both via phone, home visits, digital consultations, and in the clinic.
The work involves both urgent and planned activities. You will largely work independently with triage, treatment, and follow-up of patients. Close collaboration will occur with your colleagues in the unit and cross-professionally within the team, as well as with other actors such as home healthcare and other specialized care. Together with the healthcare center management, you will be responsible for developing and advancing the operations. Educating future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, so supervision of students is also included in your role at the healthcare center.
About You
You are a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist training as a district nurse. Experience in regional primary care is an advantage.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative in their work and is confident in making independent decisions. You are meticulous, possess good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize among your tasks.
In your work, you will meet many patients, so it is important that you are approachable, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe that you thrive in teamwork, and it is natural for you to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts. You can express yourself well in both speech and writing and are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and in-person visits at the clinic. We would also like you to have an interest in digitalization and operational development. We expect you to embody Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.
Other Information
The position is a one-year temporary contract starting from 2026-02-23, with the possibility of extension. Travel may be required for the position, and a B driver's license is required. Interviews at the healthcare center will be conducted on an ongoing basis. We welcome your application!
About the Recruitment Process
Selection will occur in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department, who will invite candidates for a phone interview. The recruiting manager will then make a second selection of the applicants and invite them for an interview at the healthcare center.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers—this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
