The Operation We are now seeking someone who wants to work alongside professional, creative, and innovative colleagues, where development is a natural part of the work and new ideas are encouraged. Skinnskatteberg is a small municipality that naturally presents certain challenges but also offers even more opportunities for influence and greater flexibility in tasks. Our unit consists of 10 nurses, of which 3 work night shifts. We collaborate closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, care managers, leaders, and other care personnel. Together, we have the opportunity for individual schedule adaptations. The operation is facing digitalization, building management systems, and continued development of our quality work. Job Responsibilities As a nurse with us, you'll work as a patient-responsible nurse in home healthcare for ordinary residents. You'll have significant personal responsibility, and we offer work with great opportunities to influence. Depending on your competence and interest, there are opportunities to develop in our specialized areas such as palliative care, incontinence, and wound care. Our team believes it's important to share our knowledge. We document in the Cosmic journal system. Other systems we work with include quality registers such as SeniorAlert, Palliative Registry, and BPSD. You will be offered an introduction tailored to your needs. Qualifications You are a licensed nurse by training; a specialist education is meritorious. You should have good Swedish language skills and be proficient in both speaking and writing. Good computer skills are a prerequisite for performing the assignment as we work in multiple IT systems. Driving license B is required. It's also important that you enjoy sharing your knowledge with other staff. Working Hours/Duration We currently offer a one-year temporary position starting 2025-12-01. Working hours are scheduled, including day, evening, and weekend shifts, with opportunities to influence scheduling. Interviews will be conducted continuously. Start date by agreement.
