The Role of Nurse We are seeking a licensed nurse for the recovery department, preferably with relevant specialist training or experience in surgical or orthopedic care. The position is permanent, full-time, with working hours scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. Your responsibilities will include postoperative care following completed surgeries. You will have an independent role with significant influence and high participation in the team surrounding the patient. The work involves coordination and planning to ensure optimal care and interaction, making the postoperative period as positive as possible. Other duties may include consulting referrals, assisting other clinics, and participating in staffing for the Day Surgery Unit as needed.
