At the Intensive Care Unit in Sunderbyn, you will meet committed, knowledgeable, and caring colleagues who work together to care for the most critically ill patients. Here, we work in strong teams with a focus on safety, development, and patient-safe care.
We are seeking a licensed nurse authorized to apply for further education in intensive care. Meritorious if you have ongoing or completed courses in emergency care, intensive care, or other specialized care. You should have good Swedish language skills, both verbally and in writing, and at least two years of nursing experience. Beneficial experience includes the Cosmic journal system or other digital healthcare systems, as well as experience in emergency healthcare, such as emergency department, post-operative care, intermediate care, or monitoring units. Experience working in multiprofessional teams is an advantage.

You have an empathetic ability to understand another's perspective or situation without taking over their emotions. Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills, recognizing the benefits of working with others.
As a trainee nurse in the Intensive Care Unit in Sunderbyn, you will become part of a dedicated and competent work group caring for both adults and children with critical function failures. You will work in teams with doctors, intensive care nurses, and nursing assistants, where collaboration and patient safety are the focus.
During your trainee period, you will gradually take on increased responsibility in caring for critically ill patients. You will receive guidance from experienced colleagues and opportunities to develop in your professional role through practical learning, reflection, and further education.

Job Information:
We offer a time-limited full-time position with potential for permanent employment. Working hours include day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
