You will act according to various emergency situations and the contents of continuity plans. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting internal training for the staff in the unit.
In your work, you will use well-founded evidence-based and experience-based knowledge in nursing practice and take appropriate actions and considerations regarding interventions for all patients in the care unit, regardless of health or illness status. You will support the identification of situations where different competencies are needed or may be needed in relation to the patient's condition. Furthermore, you will develop and implement person-centered care in the unit.
As a nurse in phase 3, you will have a helicopter perspective and be involved in changes, as well as assist the team with adjustments in nursing work depending on changes in flow, resources, care load, and competence.
