Our healthcare center has approximately 10,000 listed patients. We offer a nursing reception and specialized clinics in elderly care, diabetes, and asthma/COPD. Our team includes doctors, nurses, psychologists, dietitians, rehabilitation coordinators, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries. RESPONSIBILITIES As a nurse or district nurse, you'll manage your own reception in collaboration with a colleague. Typical nursing duties include triage and telephone consultations. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome licensed nurses, preferably with district nurse training, authorized to practice in Swedish healthcare. The position requires Swedish language skills at least at C1 level according to the European Framework. Previous primary care experience is considered advantageous. We expect you to share our genuine interest in people, provide excellent patient care, and focus on patient needs. It's crucial that you can build trust with patients and their families while communicating clearly. You should actively contribute to a positive social work environment with an open and joyful atmosphere. Additionally, you should have strong collaborative skills, enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams, and be comfortable working independently and confidently in your professional role.
