The Arlöv Health Center is located in a green setting between Lund and Malmö, with easily accessible parking and good bus and train connections. We have approximately 8,200 registered patients representing a cross-section of modern Swedish society.
At our health center, we have our own specialist clinics for diabetes and elderly care, as well as a rehabilitation team and a psychologist. We work from a team perspective to ensure our patients have good accessibility. Regular joint staff meetings and professional gatherings help us develop common goals. We also conduct interdisciplinary rounds three times a week. Through ongoing development and improvement work, you as an employee have the opportunity to contribute to advancing our operations.
Our opening hours are weekdays, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.

In the role of nurse, you will work with patients in a clinical environment. You will perform telephone triage, reception triage via our emergency line, and standard reception work. We also value your willingness to join us on our journey of change and your active contribution to improvement and development efforts. Additionally, we have interdisciplinary rounds three times a week.
When you work with us, you have the opportunity to grow in your professional role through various training programs offered both internally and externally. You will also receive an introduction based on your previous experience and skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
We welcome you as a licensed nurse with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale is a requirement. Previous experience in primary care is considered an asset.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have a strong patient focus and are accustomed to prioritizing your tasks. You are proactive in your work and enjoy taking responsibility. Furthermore, you have an excellent approach towards both patients and colleagues, grounded in patient focus. We appreciate candidates who are development-oriented, possess good collaborative skills, and demonstrate high empathy, showing care and respect for others.
