Welcome to apply! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nursing care responsible nurse, you are part of maintaining patient safety at Landskrona Omsorg AB. You will work together with a group of nursing care responsible nurses where you will have access to support and help. We are co-located in a building on Kungsgatan 15 with various professionals working with our patients, which provides new perspectives and increased quality for patients enrolled in home healthcare, ordinary housing, LSS housing, and care and nursing homes. The assignment includes traditional tasks for a nursing care responsible nurse in municipal primary care at a care and nursing home. Supporting and encouraging staff, relatives, and other healthcare providers is part of your duties. The work involves contacts within your own organization and with other healthcare providers, inpatient care, primary care, and ambulance services in the region. You will be in contact with medical technology and patients with complex care needs. You need good computer skills and the ability to handle modern technology. We want your work to be characterized by an ethical approach and performed in accordance with current regulations and guidelines. As a person, you have a good demeanor, work towards good results, and take responsibility. You work methodically and with a scientific approach. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking a district nurse, specialized nurse focusing on elderly care, or a registered nurse. Experience working in municipal care, palliative care, inpatient care, and primary care is meritorious. Good experience documenting in journal systems.
