JOB DESCRIPTION
As a employed nurse with us, you will be offered a developing role in a dynamic municipality. The Social Services Department in Tibro values competence, initiative, and personal development. We work from an activating and rehabilitative approach, focusing on the strengths of each care recipient in our nursing work. A home care physician is available five days a week and is responsible for patients in home care and special housing.
As a nurse, you will lead the medical nursing work and supervise students. You are confident in your professional role and have a patient-centered focus, which means you have the ability to see the patient as an individual with unique needs.
Part of the job involves providing support and conducting conversations, so you must be communicative and capable of engaging with people on various levels. You have a flexible approach and the ability to prioritize between different tasks despite a fast-paced work environment.

Tibro Municipality has entered into a local agreement with the Swedish Association of Health Professionals regarding Academic Specialist Training (AST). Based on the employer's needs, you as an employed nurse with us may have the opportunity to further your education as a specialist while maintaining your salary. The training is initiated by the employer when a need is identified.
The employment is for a parental leave cover and is expected to last for one year, until the fall of 2026.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a licensed nurse. Additional training in primary health care is considered an asset.
Good computer skills are required.
A valid driver's license (B) is required.
