About the Role
You are the spider in the web around the residents' healthcare efforts and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring medical prescriptions are followed. You regularly conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure good quality in the operation.
Collaboration and Support
You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. An important role for you is to coach and train care staff so that you together provide each resident with the best possible life. In this, you work closely with the group managers responsible for care staff. Our group managers also coach and work together with the teams in daily work.
We invest in leadership development for you as a nurse. One course we can offer you is "Leading Without Being a Manager".
Clear Routines
To create security and clarity for you as a nurse, there is comprehensive support in the form of practical and easy-to-apply routines, governing documents, and checklists. Our quality management system is called Qualimax and is industry-leading.
As a new nurse with us, you participate in our digital introduction program together with your mentor to ensure you receive a clear introduction with the goal of quickly integrating into the work and our routines.
About Sofiagården

We also have our own nurse on-site 24/7.
Your Experience and Knowledge
You are a registered nurse, and we prefer that you have worked for a few years in elderly care. Our residents are often multi-sick, which requires that you have both comprehensive knowledge about various diseases and conditions and an interest in the aging human. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important.
