About Us:
Sigtuna Läkarhus is located on the picturesque pedestrian street in the beautiful and charming Sigtuna, 30 minutes from Stockholm.
We continue to develop care in outer areas to support Urgent Care Centers, work preventively, and reduce readmissions to acute hospitals. Our quality work for 2024 includes enhanced quality and patient-safe care in our large home healthcare service for 100 patients. We use NEWS2 in our home healthcare for increased patient safety and good patient care.
In 2023, we focused on mental health, reducing the number of treatment series with good quality, patient-safe care, and good accessibility. The team includes both a psychologist and a nurse with specialist training in psychiatry. We also have a Child Health Center. We have a good collaboration with a nearby rehabilitation center. Job Description:
The work involves all typical nursing tasks at the healthcare center and in home healthcare. This includes home healthcare and reception work, acute patients, and telephone advice.
The job requires broad competence and independence. It is an important and varied work with opportunities to vary tasks.
Requirements:
Licensed nurse or district nurse with prescribing rights and authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare. Experience working in Swedish healthcare, primary care is meritorious. Good computer skills and experience with the TakeCare journal system is meritorious. B driver's license.
Employment Form:
Temporary position with good possibilities for extension. Start date by agreement.
Personal Characteristics:
You need to be flexible, responsible, service-oriented, and easy to collaborate with, able to work both independently and in a group. A good and respectful approach to patients, relatives, and colleagues, and the ability to share knowledge and information is of utmost importance. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and fitting into the work group.
