Our Offer
The Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic is part of the Sensory Center, and we are responsible for highly specialized ENT care within the Southeastern healthcare region as well as county healthcare. At the university hospital in Linköping, the ENT clinic has a reception, speech therapy, audiology, and a care ward. Our operations in Linköping consist of approximately 150 dedicated employees from various professions who work together for patient-safe care and a good working environment.

Job Description
As a nurse at the Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic, you will primarily work in the role of lead nurse, responsible for daily planning and work management. You will contribute your nursing expertise where needed and collaborate closely with the rest of the team. In addition to standard reception work, the position includes telephone counseling in TeleQ. We also receive urgent ENT cases, so you need to feel comfortable working in acute situations.
Work Group
Our clinic is characterized by a good atmosphere and a collaborative climate where we care for each other and support one another. It is important to us that all employees feel valued. We are about fifty employees at the clinic, including doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, administrative staff, physiotherapists, and dietitians. We have fun together and are looking for someone who wants to be a part of our operations and our team.
About You
You are a licensed nurse, and it is an advantage if you have experience in ear care and/or outpatient work. It is essential that you are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
We are looking for someone who is driven, flexible, and loyal, and who places great value on collaboration and the well-being of the entire group. You have a good ability to work well with others and can relate to them in a responsive and smooth manner. We expect you to have a positive and professional approach to your work, with the patient at the center. Therefore, you listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner. Furthermore, you take responsibility for your tasks and structure and prioritize your work effectively. You can quickly adapt your approach and see opportunities in changes.
