• Interdisciplinary Work Based on Individual Needs
• Supervision and Leadership of Personnel
• Delegation of Healthcare Tasks and Follow-up
• Documentation in Digital Journals
You are Responsible for Care of Your Clients, Making Assessments and Interventions in Consultation with the Responsible Physician. You'll Collaborate with Care Personnel and Unit and Group Managers. In Your Role as a Nurse, You'll Also Have Contact with On-Call Doctors, External Healthcare Providers, and Next of Kin.
We're Looking for Someone Who Wants to Work as a Nurse within Our LSS Units in Combination with Elderly Care. You'll Work on a Schedule: Day, Evening, and Weekend Shifts.
About the Workplace
The Social Administration's Main Mission is to Offer Personalized Support and Services in Elderly Care, Disability Services, Children and Family, Adult Services, and Financial Assistance. We're Present for Municipal Residents Throughout Life's Stages. Nynäshamn Municipality Currently Offers Care and Nursing Homes for the Elderly, People with Dementia, Those Needing Extra Support, Care and Support According to LSS. There are Currently Four Elderly Homes, Five Group Homes, and Two Service Homes with Special Services for Adults under LSS.
The Healthcare Unit Consists of Operation Manager, Unit Manager, Coordinating Nurse, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists. We Work in Teams Around the Client in Close Collaboration with Care Personnel to Offer Very High-Quality Care and Support. We Have a Strong Interest in Development Work in Our Facilities. Our Mission is to Ensure Each Client Receives Good and Safe Care, Both for Chronic and Acute Conditions, and End-of-Life Care. As a Responsible Nurse, You'll Have Varied Tasks and Exciting Challenges.
What We're Looking for in You
To Succeed in the Role, You Have:
• Nursing License
• 5+ Years of Nursing Experience
• Excellent Swedish Language Skills, Verbal and Written
• B Driver's License and Good Driving Experience
Additional Merits:
• Education in Elderly Care/Disability Services
• Work Experience in LSS
• Experience in Somatic Care
