About the Mobile Team for Primary Care in Ystad The Mobile Team for Primary Care is part of the close care network in Ystad and surrounding municipalities. We work to ensure that patients can receive care in their homes instead of in hospitals, safely, securely, and with high quality. Our team consists of experienced nurses, doctors, and social workers who together provide home care. We collaborate with health centers, home healthcare, and hospitals. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now welcoming a nurse to the Mobile Team for Primary Care in Ystad. The role of the nurse involves independent work where you conduct home visits or team visits. You will actively participate in planning the patient's care together with the team and collaborate with other healthcare providers/partners. Your responsibilities include providing medical care in the home, which may involve intravenous antibiotic treatment, intravenous fluid therapy, and blood transfusions. Participation in the development and improvement work of the organization is also part of the job. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you as a licensed nurse with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Additionally, you have several years of experience in somatic care. Proficiency in Swedish at least at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages is a requirement. Since we provide care in the patient’s home or in special housing, a valid B driver's license is also required.
