Nurse Wanted for Short-Term Care Facility in Mjölby Municipality
Period: December 1, 2025 – January 30, 2026
Working Hours: Monday–Friday 07:00–16:00 (work may occur on public holidays)

Mjölby Municipality is now seeking a reliable and dedicated nurse for a short-term care facility. Here, you will play an important and significant role in ensuring high-quality care for patients with varied and often complex care needs.
As a nurse in short-term care, you will work closely with patients, the team, and nursing staff, and your expertise will be crucial for the care interventions to function in the best possible way. This role is suitable for you if you thrive in an independent position with significant personal responsibility and varied workdays.
Your main responsibilities:
• Provide advanced health and medical care
• Conduct medical assessments and take responsibility for treatment
• Provide general and specific nursing care according to established care plans
• Establish, follow, and document care plans and interventions
• Provide guidance and advice to nursing staff
• Report, analyze, and follow up on deviations
• Documentation in operational systems
• Archiving and staffing the care hotline
We are looking for someone who:
• Is a licensed nurse
• Has at least 2 years of professional experience as a nurse
• Has experience with advanced medical technology
• Masters Swedish in both spoken and written form and communicates clearly over the phone
• Holds a B driver's license – preferred but not required
• Can cycle
• Is flexible, responsible, and confident in your profession
