About the Position
Söderdoktorn is a well-functioning healthcare center with comprehensive primary care services. Here, doctors, nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, and psychologists work closely together to best meet our patients' needs. Our daily work is characterized by collegiate support, continuous development, and high patient safety.
As a nurse with us, you'll perform standard primary care tasks including telephone advice, reception work, and digital patient consultations. The work encompasses both acute and scheduled visits, and collaboration with home healthcare services as needed.
Tasks may include:
• Assessment and advice via phone, chat, and video meetings
• Managing your own clinic with planned and acute patient visits
• Wound care, vaccinations, lifestyle counseling, and chronic disease coordination
• Collaboration with other professionals in the team for comprehensive patient care
• Active participation in quality and improvement work

We Are Seeking Someone Who:
• Is a licensed nurse, preferably with primary care experience
• Is confident in their professional role and can independently assess patient needs
• Has strong communication skills, is empathetic, and professionally engages with patients
• Is structured and responsible, while remaining flexible and solution-oriented
• Enjoys teamwork and contributes to a positive work environment
• Is interested in participating in organizational development and digital healthcare forms
Meritorious: Experience with TakeCare, home healthcare, vaccinations, or health consultations.
