About Us
The Medical Clinic's mission is to provide residents with specialized care and treatment in internal medicine.
We are a process-oriented knowledge organization characterized by competent employees, high care quality, development willingness, commitment, responsibility, and participation. The clinic consists of two outpatient clinics with various specialties such as neurology, diabetes, endocrinology, nephrology, hematology, pulmonary medicine, two dialysis units, several day care units, foot care, and three ward departments. We work in teams with a patient-centered approach where the patient is at the center.
Ward 9 has 21 care beds focusing on pulmonary medicine, kidney and diabetes palliative medicine. There is a palliative team attached to the ward, which we work closely with.
About the Job
Are you looking for a new challenge and open to developing in a new area of knowledge? Then you might be one of the nurses we are now seeking for Ward 9, where you will work in inpatient care with internal medicine patients, focusing primarily on pulmonary medicine, kidney, diabetes, and palliative medicine.
We will work extensively on change and development work where you have the opportunity to participate. The Medical Clinic offers its employees in-house training with in-depth learning in various internal medicine subspecialties.
At the ward, we mentor both nursing students and nursing assistant students. If you are new to the profession, all nurses are offered individual introduction and guidance.
About You
We are seeking a licensed nurse! You are engaged, proactive, and open to new challenges and opportunities with a patient-centered approach. We want you to, like us, value work characterized by personal responsibility, participation, and good collaboration between colleagues and immediate supervisor.
Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
Region Blekinge war-places all permanent employees. Some of our positions are security-classified, where the employee must undergo a security screening interview and register check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
