About this role
Are you a licensed nurse who enjoys meeting people? Are you looking for a workplace with a good working environment where you can develop in your professional role? Welcome to us!
About the job and us
You will be part of a team consisting of nurses, doctors, and secretaries, and you will meet patients diagnosed with lung cancer and their relatives.
We offer oncological treatment to patients with lung cancer. The work also includes outpatient care and telephone counseling.
As our new employee, you will receive personal guidance and a thorough introduction to get to know the operations, the organization, and your new colleagues. At the clinic, we participate in both regional and national networks. With us, you will always have the opportunity to learn something new as oncology is constantly evolving.
As a nurse with us, you will be involved in our interdisciplinary team, where each professional category contributes its specific knowledge. We provide you with the opportunity to develop in your profession and offer you a tailored introduction. We have a structured working method and strive towards common goals. Caring for each other and the patients we care for lays the foundation for a department where we thrive.
Working hours are Monday to Friday with some weekend duties within inpatient care.
Qualifications
We are looking for a licensed nurse with an interest in oncological care. It is an advantage if you have further education in the field of oncology. One quality we prioritize highly is interpersonal skills, and we would like you to have an aptitude for engaging with patients in various emotional states and with different needs. Putting the patient first is essential and necessary for us to achieve one of our operational goals - satisfied patients. As a person, you are calm and secure in your role. You are solution-focused and see opportunities rather than problems. You also have the ability to prioritize and make independent decisions. Personal suitability is of great importance.
