You will primarily work at Kolonigatan 18 but will also assist at the other accommodations in the area as needed.
Your tasks will include standard nursing duties such as catheter care, tracheostomy care, feeding tubes, wound care, doctor rounds, medication management, injections, and end-of-life care.
Your responsibilities will also include preventive measures, making medical assessments, and providing nursing and caregiving interventions. Common tasks include doctor contact, sample collection, medication management, issuing delegations, palliative care, and more. You will participate in the unit's work on quality development and patient safety.
Furthermore, you will follow up and document according to current legislation and our quality registers. You will be an important part of the collaboration with your colleagues, relatives, care managers, unit managers, and external contacts.
As a nurse with us, you will have an independent, varied, stimulating, and responsible job in a multidisciplinary team.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who has completed a nursing education and can provide proof of licensure. We prefer candidates who have worked as a nurse and have experience with the elderly, dementia care, and palliative care.
You have a flexible approach and can handle acute situations calmly and professionally. As a person, you possess personal maturity and a positive attitude.
You can plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively within the framework of healthcare. Additionally, you enjoy working on quality and development initiatives.
