The unit also performs some planned surgeries in all areas. At our Surgical Department, we offer you the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of surgery, from acute care to a deeper understanding of more complex care pathways. As a nurse with us, you will be part of a learning environment, where we have mentor nurses available for additional support in your work and for your personal development. The Surgical Department is an educational unit for nursing students in semesters 4 and 6, with a strong emphasis on supervision. We welcome you to a very interesting workplace with excellent professional development opportunities within the department's four specialties, as well as a cheerful, engaged, and caring team. Working Hours We are now looking for you as a nurse for a position available around the clock. Your Profile You are a licensed nurse with at least four months of experience in the profession. You have a pronounced interest in patients with surgical and ear/nose/throat conditions. Experience in surgical care and ear/nose/throat care is an advantage but not a requirement. You are expected to have a flexible and independent working style. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. If you are in your final semester of the nursing program or have less than four months of professional experience, you are referred to apply for our introductory programs.
