About this role
Our Organization
JeWe Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in Orsa is a branch of JeWe BUP Borlänge and part of Indomi, which operates several services within the healthcare sector. We are driven by a strong commitment and passion for our work, with the ambition to provide excellent care where everyone who comes to us feels seen and valued. The group has many years of experience in psychiatric and health care, foster care, HVB homes, and housing support.
JeWe Child and Adolescent Psychiatry is located in Borlänge and Orsa and operates on behalf of Region Dalarna. We receive children and adolescents for assessment, treatment, and investigation in specialist psychiatric outpatient care, guided by the motto "With heart for the children – focusing on quality and individual-centered care."
We are growing and wish to expand our staff in Orsa. Therefore, we are looking for an additional nurse who, together with us, wants to continue developing and shaping the clinic's work moving forward.
About the Role
As a nurse with us, you play a central role in meeting children and adolescents with mental health issues, and you actively contribute to providing high-quality care. Your main responsibilities include psychiatric assessments, triaging, medical follow-up, as well as advice and support for children and adolescents and their families.
You will also serve as a primary care contact for certain patients, which entails a coordinating responsibility to ensure continuity and security in the care chain.
The role includes participating in and sometimes leading group therapies, alongside other professional groups in the team. Collaboration occurs with the main clinic in Borlänge, which may involve assisting each other as needed. You will also participate in care planning, treatment conferences, team meetings, and collaborate with external stakeholders such as schools, social services, and other care providers within the child's network.
An important part of the job is also to ensure clear and accurate documentation according to current guidelines and to contribute to the development of the organization through participation in improvement work and quality monitoring.
We are looking for someone who has a strong commitment to the mental health of children and adolescents, who works independently but also thrives in a team. You have good collaboration skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle varying tasks in a dynamic and development-oriented environment.
About You
We are seeking a licensed nurse or specialist nurse, preferably with experience in child and adolescent psychiatry, who is ready to take on a new exciting challenge. You are someone who values the important work with the mental health of children and adolescents and wants to contribute to an outstanding and accessible child and adolescent psychiatry. You always put the patient first and are responsible and motivated in your work.
As a person, you easily adapt to changing circumstances and value interdisciplinary collaboration. To thrive with us, it is important that you take responsibility for your tasks and can plan and prioritize your work effectively. Personal suitability is highly valued.
Our Offer
With us, you will have a meaningful and developing workday where your commitment to the mental health of children and adolescents truly makes a difference. We value both your competence and your well-being, and we offer good conditions for you to grow in your role as a nurse.
You will have the opportunity for continuous professional development through further education and internal training, as well as regular supervision and collegial support.
Work is conducted with trust-based working hours, which provides flexibility and better conditions for planning your workday.
As an employee, you are covered by a collective agreement, occupational pension, and good insurance conditions. We also offer wellness benefits and actively work to promote a sustainable work environment with a balance between work and private life.
You will become part of a multidisciplinary team where collaboration, development, and participation are at the center – with us, you contribute both your own expertise and to our continuous improvement together.
