About the Position
Ward 47 consists of a 14-bed cardiology ward and a 4-6 bed cardiac intensive care unit (HIA). On weekdays during daytime hours, we have a ward coordinator managing logistics and distributing care places and resources.
The cardiology ward provides specialized heart care, primarily focusing on ischemia, coronary vessels, arrhythmia investigation, heart failure, and heart valve diseases. The cardiac intensive care unit provides highly specialized cardiac intensive care, equipped with modern technical apparatus. You will learn to manage CPAP, ischemia monitoring, arterial catheters, and inotropic treatment. HIA handles patients in more acute disease stages, offering significant development and challenge.
Employment includes scheduled educational sessions from our competent physicians and instructional nurses. These educational initiatives will be connected to your individual profile and serve as a basis for future salary reviews.
The ward works in care teams with nurses and nursing assistants, with an additional nurse providing support as needed. In cardiac intensive care, with a higher care level, you will be responsible for 1-4 patients.
About You
We seek a licensed nurse or intensive care nurse, welcoming both newly graduated and more experienced nurses. We will help you grow into your role over time and find a suitable care level. Experience in heart care or emergency care is meritorious but not required.
We seek someone with strong collaboration skills who contributes to creating a positive work environment. We value positivity and a humble approach. You are ambitious, eager to develop, and willing to take responsibility. You can prioritize in acute situations and work effectively in a high-paced environment. You treat patients and colleagues with care and respect, contributing your knowledge and enthusiasm. Personal suitability is highly important.
Interviews may be conducted on an ongoing basis.
Warmly welcome to apply today.
