You will make assessments, provide advanced care, and collaborate closely with home care assistants, rehabilitation staff, doctors, and relatives. No day is the same! Here, you will utilize your full competence and truly impact our patients' daily lives. The position is daytime-based, with work also occurring on weekends. Your responsibilities will include, among others: - Conducting medical assessments - Providing care in patients' home environments (both planned and urgent interventions) - Documenting digitally - Working within various IT systems - Being responsible for delegating tasks to care staff - Leading nursing assistants - Collaborating with colleagues from various professions within the care team About our offer: We offer an independent and varied job with close collaboration with home care assistants. About you For this position, you need to: - Be a licensed nurse - Be so confident in your profession that you can perform your work independently - Hold a B driver's license and have driving experience It is an advantage if you also have: - District nurse training - Previous solid experience working in elderly care/home healthcare Your demeanor is professional and warm.
