Read more about what we offer at www.boden.se/jobbaiboden JOB DESCRIPTION The nurse is responsible for health and medical care, making assessments regarding health conditions, and contacting primary care physicians as needed. In our facility, we have a designated doctor who rounds once a week. The role involves collaborating with and guiding care staff in nursing tasks. We work in a cross-professional manner, continuously gathering in teams to collaborate and ensure the best possible care for our clients. You will be part of a team of nurses at the facility during daytime hours. Evening and weekend work may also occur. QUALIFICATIONS You are a licensed nurse. Additional qualifications in dementia care, district nursing, or elderly/geriatric care are advantageous. You should be confident in your professional role, have a collaborative spirit, be unpretentious, clear, and receptive, as well as possess pedagogical skills. You should be able to work independently and be service-oriented while also enjoying teamwork. We prefer candidates with several years of experience in the profession. We place great importance on personal suitability. Requirements: B driver's license.
