In our department, we work in teams with nursing assistants, doctors, and paramedics. Together, we strive to create excellent care and ensure safe discharges for our patients. Your Responsibilities Your tasks will involve ensuring that our elderly patients receive good, person-centered care while they are hospitalized with us. Together with our team of nursing assistants, doctors, and paramedics, we collaborate to plan care for each individual. Each day may look different and can change, which is part of our daily work. Our coordinators assist with non-care-related tasks surrounding the patient and plan their discharge. Your Qualifications We are looking for a licensed nurse who has a particular passion for caring for our elderly patients. Since we work extensively in teams, you should possess good teamwork skills, but also be able to work independently. We place great importance on personal qualities.
