Job Description The Children's Emergency Room is part of the emergency care section at Sachsska Children's and Youth Hospital. Here, you'll have the chance to meet children and young people with various conditions in medicine, surgery, and orthopedics. No two days are the same. As a nurse with us, you'll work in a team with doctors and nursing assistants. There are always experienced nurses on-site with a leadership function. The work is highly varied, and you work in teams. Rotation opportunities exist with our emergency care departments for children and youth. We actively work to develop our employees' skills through internal/external training such as lectures, child rights representative training, CPR training, and emergency room exercises. We encourage specialization in pediatric nursing and can offer salary during your studies. As a specialist nurse, there are opportunities for higher education based on your interests. Competence Requirements Registered Nurse Swedish language skills equivalent to at least level C1 Meritorious Specialist education in pediatric nursing.
