Department 53 is an acute surgical department belonging to general surgery/urology. The department is part of the surgical clinic, which consists of three departments, two clinics, and a day care unit.
We are currently on an exciting development journey with the goal of continued growth. Over the coming years, we will recruit more staff to meet the region's development.

We are seeking a licensed nurse. Experience in surgical care or emergency healthcare is meritorious, but we also encourage those new to the profession to apply.

Work Responsibilities:
As a nurse in Department 53 - Acute Surgery, you will be responsible for patient care. Tasks include managing acutely ill patients, working with advanced medical equipment, and performing medical and nursing duties. You will work with doctors in the emergency team and other professionals such as nursing assistants and physiotherapists. We offer a stimulating and educational workplace where acutely ill patients ensure no two days are the same.
We work with patient-centered care, interprofessional collaboration, and evidence-based care. We have specialized nurses available for support and resources.

Job Details:
We offer permanent full-time positions with day, evening, weekend, and night shifts. Start date by agreement. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
