We welcome your application! Our Operations In the emergency department, we encounter people at life-changing moments. Our daily work focuses on assessing and caring for patients seeking urgent help. If you are interested in a career in a broad field where you will personally develop in your role as a nurse, then the emergency department is the place for you. Here, you will receive a solid foundation and a tailored orientation program. Your Mission As a nurse in our emergency department, you will work with the care, assessment, prioritization, and treatment of acutely ill or injured patients. We work in teams with nursing assistants and doctors, where the nurse takes on a team leadership role. We handle cases from several medical specialties, including internal medicine, surgery, and orthopedics. Your Qualifications We are looking for a licensed nurse with prior experience in the profession. Experience in emergency care is an advantage. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and prefer candidates who are collaborative, flexible, able to quickly reprioritize, thrive in changing tempos, and enjoy varied tasks. We Offer We can offer both fixed-term and permanent positions. Working hours are according to agreement. Recruitment is ongoing. In the emergency department, we work on a rotation basis according to a points model with reduced working hours. We provide a tailored orientation program. You also have the opportunity for study pay during further education to become a specialist nurse in emergency care. We offer professional development in the form of ATSS (Acute Trauma Care for Nurses), AMLS (Advanced Medical Life Support), study days twice a semester covering topics such as Adult A-CPR, Pediatric A-CPR, and CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives – handling of releases of these substances). You also have the opportunity for study pay during further education to become a specialist nurse in emergency care.
