We are currently seeking a nurse for our nursing team in support, service, and social psychiatry. As a nurse with us, you'll become part of a group of 10 nursing colleagues. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a nurse with us, you will work clinically as well as with planning, follow-up, and administration/documentation. In close collaboration with your colleagues, you will work to create a safe and meaningful daily life for patients living in service, support, and group housing within Luleå municipality. Patients have varying degrees of somatic diseases and functional variations, such as Down syndrome and autism, which means care needs vary. The target group consists of patients aged 18 and above. We work based on the normalization principle, which means that those who can, with support from basic staff, should visit health centers for assessments, sample taking, and other care. For patients unable to travel, we offer care and support in their homes.
You'll start your workday with your colleagues in our shared office, where work for the day is distributed. No two days are alike here. You are offered an independent, flexible, and varied work environment where you and your colleagues plan and organize care based on good healthcare tailored to patient needs. You will work in teams with various professional disciplines internally and with other healthcare providers. You will conduct both planned and unplanned visits within the scope of our assignment.
Your work hours will primarily be daytime according to schedule, but evening, weekend, and on-call work also occurs.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking someone with a genuine interest in working with people with various somatic diseases and functional variations. We are looking for candidates who:
- Are a licensed nurse
- Have strong medical competence
- Have good digital skills
- Hold a valid B driver's license
Experience working in support, service, and psychiatry is advantageous.
As a person, you are collaborative, structured, and stable. In this process, we place significant emphasis on personal competencies.
