Join us in shaping the future of psychiatry! **About Us** The Forensic Psychiatric Unit at Skaraborg Hospital in Falköping has 33 beds distributed across three wards for individuals sentenced under the Act on Forensic Psychiatric Care (LRV). The unit has recently expanded with a new ward with 9 beds, and we are therefore looking for you! The unit currently has about 85 employees and is led by two unit managers. Here, psychiatric nurses, registered nurses, caregivers, doctors, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, workshop supervisors, activity pedagogues, and secretaries work together. The unit also has an outpatient team for patients who no longer require inpatient care but need close follow-up. **Responsibilities** As a nurse, you will be responsible for patient care in close collaboration with other nurses and professionals. You will be responsible for the planning and coordination for individual patients, aiming to enhance their skills to support them in achieving their long-term goals. You will work in a team with experienced colleagues. **Qualifications** Licensed nurse. Experience in psychiatric care is an advantage. We are looking for someone who is cheerful, positive, and open to understanding the individual needs of patients. Since we work cross-professionally in psychiatry to provide the best care for patients, we see that you have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in a team. You should also have an interest in working with psychiatric patients and their needs.
