Your Mission
As a nurse in municipal primary care, you will primarily work independently but will also be part of a team of experienced colleagues. In addition to patient-facing work involving assessments, examinations, information, and advice, you will play an important role in collaborating with nursing staff. You will have close cooperation with a team consisting of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, care coordinators, and nursing assistants. You will also work closely with our healthcare nursing assistants.
The position is daytime-based with weekend shifts every sixth week and a weekly working time of 37 hours. Documentation is done via Lifecare-HSL.
Your Experience
• Licensed nurse.
• Experience in home healthcare or similar experience deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Good computer skills.
• B driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle.
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, with good reading comprehension.
It is advantageous if you have:
• Further education as a district nurse, elderly care, or palliative care.

About the Workplace
The work within the Nursing Unit is largely independent, but you will also be part of a team of experienced colleagues where support is available. We operate from the home healthcare premises on Kvarngatan in Eslöv, which are just a short walk from the station with good commuting options.
