The specific competence of the licensed nurse is nursing. This encompasses both the scientific knowledge area and patient-centered work based on a humanistic view of people. You will be responsible for ensuring that our residents' health and medical care needs are met.
As a nurse, you will be responsible for and lead the nursing work. This means independently, in team collaboration and in partnership with the resident and their relatives, being responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. An important task is also to guide, support, and educate other nursing staff and to be a good role model for your colleagues.
You work with care in everything you do, with great personal responsibility, and have the ability to prioritize and lead others even in changing circumstances. Flexibility and collegial cooperation are of great importance in this role.
About GoLife Elderly Home: The facility is surrounded by the exciting GoCo area, pleasant residential neighborhoods, and calming green spaces. In the GoCo area, there are service establishments such as restaurants and cafes, among others. • We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse
• Previous experience as a nurse in elderly care is an advantage
• You need to have good knowledge of healthcare regulations
• You must have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• We prefer that you have knowledge of documentation based on ICF and KVÅ
• We want you to have good knowledge of the national quality registers relevant to the operations

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
