**Job Responsibilities**
At Ward 93, you will be welcomed to a diverse workplace in both pace and tasks, where we maintain an open work climate with a strong sense of community. We are a highly specialized care facility with extensive experience and specialist competence, where you, as a nurse, play a crucial role. You will work closely in a team. Some shifts are calm, while others are more eventful. You will have a central role as a team leader and be responsible for the patient's care. This role also involves significant contact and collaboration with the adult psychiatric emergency department, other wards in the building, and the rest of the hospital. Contacts with other regions and abroad may occur.

**Qualifications**
We are looking for a licensed nurse or someone in the final stages of your education, preferably with experience in the field. Previous experience in similar settings is an advantage. As the role requires you to communicate verbally and in writing with patients, relatives, and colleagues, good knowledge of the Swedish language is required. Other language skills are a plus.
As a person, you are confident, stable, and possess good self-awareness. Since the work can change rapidly in various ways, you need to be flexible and able to maintain your calm and focus in new situations. You have a good ability to structure your work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. We work in teams and see collaboration and clarity as very important ingredients for success. Since we work closely with both patients and relatives, empathy is a vital component of your daily work.

Permanent position, full-time. Start date by agreement.
