The Health Center in Gäddede is seeking a substitute nurse. The position may potentially be converted to a permanent employment.
Närvård Frostviken is a collaborative organization between Strömsunds Municipality and Region Jämtland Härjedalen, which includes operations in healthcare center, ambulance, specialized housing, and home care services. The purpose is to achieve good, cost-effective care for the population in Frostviken through close collaborative care under a joint committee.
WORK TASKS
As a nurse, you will perform standard nursing duties such as being responsible for medication management and leading nursing work together with care personnel. You work to ensure good and safe care.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking a licensed nurse. Previous experience in home healthcare and elderly care is meritorious.
You are interested in developing our operations and have a positive fundamental approach. You are responsible and can work both independently and in a group.
You are flexible and can work across different areas of our organization. You have a good ability to make decisions and can quickly make correct assessments. You are willing to share your professional experience and knowledge with others.
