The Psychiatric Mobile Team, Adult Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic in Bäckefors, is seeking a licensed nurse. **Description** The Psychiatric Mobile Team is part of the adult psychiatric outpatient care. The team provides services in the form of specialist psychiatric assessments as well as care and treatment in the patient's immediate environment. The team consists of nurses and caregivers, divided into two working groups with two people in each. Work is always conducted in pairs during direct patient care. The work is scheduled and includes evening shifts until midnight, with work every other weekend. The geographical area served includes the municipalities of Dalsland. Treatment interventions are carried out on behalf of outpatient clinics, inpatient care units, child and adolescent psychiatry, and to some extent, the municipalities. Patients and relatives can contact the team as needed. **Responsibilities** As a nurse in the mobile team, you will work with both urgent and planned interventions. You will conduct assessments, supportive/stabilizing conversations, and provide advice to patients, relatives, and other healthcare providers. Contact occurs via telephone and home visits. The work shift begins with returning calls and managing incoming phone calls to the outpatient clinic in Bäckefors. The work is based at Dalsland Hospital in the facilities of the adult psychiatric outpatient clinic. **Qualifications** Licensed nurse. Experience in psychiatric work and familiarity with acute interventions is an advantage. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, where qualities such as teamwork and the ability to work independently are important. We also value attributes such as good social competence, a proactive attitude, and positive thinking.
