Welcome to apply! Our Operation In our infection ward, adult patients with severe infections, communicable diseases, tropical medical conditions, and immunodeficiency diseases are treated. Infectious diseases have an interesting aspect where we can follow human development through history and its global connection, meeting patients of different ages and life stages. We are an acute care unit where all patients arrive via the emergency department or infection clinic. Infection care often involves solving puzzles in teams from a person-centered perspective. The Infection Diseases Department is entering an exciting development phase where we are seeking more engaged employees ready to think innovatively. We work in patient-centered teams with multiple functions supporting patient care. Your Mission As a nurse in the infection ward, you are responsible for patient care with varying monitoring needs, working alongside nursing assistants. Our patients have changing care requirements, creating a variable work pace with occasional rapid patient condition changes. No two days are alike. As a nurse, you lead and distribute work within the team and, together with colleagues, are responsible for maintaining a good work environment. Your Qualifications We are seeking a licensed nurse. You may be completely new to the profession or have worked as a nurse for an extended period.
